Christofer was not honest about the progress of my vehicle. He never provided photos of part as requested. He was not knowledgeable enough to figure out how to use Oasis to figure out services that I was qualified for (rental). I feel he was more interested in trying to sell parts.

My car was deeply scratched and damaged while I had it there for an oil change. No one brought it up to my attention and I did not notice until I was home and it was too late to come back to discuss it further as you had closed. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable as Raceway ford is my main service and repair center and I don’t want to have to stop coming here because of this.

As always Mr Tomas and Mr Mike were both very welcoming and always make me feel at home this keeps me coming back and making raceway Ford a place where I can not only come in to get my vehicle fixed but also a place where I feel like I haven’t even left my home I appreciate there help and hospitality, and know that this is a place I will be coming back for service for years to come, whenever I need it done thanks to the staff and crew for making me feel welcome every time I stop in , Ford is lucky to have such a good team assisting customers and doing what they do , thanks for everything you guys are great at what you do keep up the good work!

Called last week for a recall they ran the vin and said To schedule an appointment. So today my wife took in my truck i received a call around 2 pm saying they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have the parts! So what did you guys do with my truck all day why couldn’t they tell me when my wife took it what a waste of time! Made my wife late to work all for nothing!?
