Our car was in for the fourth replacement transmission, and when I ask for them to quit putting in rebuilt ones they still put in another rebuilt even after we asked for a brand new one. I was extremely pleased with Chris and him keeping me in the information and taking care of us with a rental car, but I’m not happy with the service department in a hole.

The team at Raceway is amazing specifically quick lane. My engine light came on of course I panicked call Thomas. He took care of everything. He always checks my points and make sure that it is a seamless transaction. I can’t say enough about Thomas. He is amazing.

I've been having my service performed by Ford Quicklane since I got my 2019 Ford F150. 90% of the time, Thomas has been the one to help me. He's consistently professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling like I've got the best service possible. It's interactions with people like Thomas that have keep be coming back. I'd definitely give him 5 stars for every visit I have had.
