What I like most, is that Javier takes time to explain what is best for my car. But in a way that I understand and at the same time he don’t put prison on me to accept the sugestión at the same day. He’s an excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Lucas was always letting me know that part still wasn’t in and as soon as complete would let me know. Extremely happy that clutch plate and transmission censor is under warranty as focus is known to have these problems

Yes. Service was excellent. Ford made a mistake and I had to return after having already had my car’s recall order expedited on my vehicle only having to return due to ford forgetting to complete the service on my initial visit. Other than that service was as expected (ie providing me with a free rental)Thank you.

I made the appt on 5/3 for 5/23. Indicated the engine light was on and a code from Autozone came up for Evaporative Emission System Purge Check. Which I relayed to the person in service. After checking my vehicle the first diagnosis was a possible PCM update. They installed the update and still got a “misfire.” I was then told I needed a tune up to replace spark plugs and a fuel system service. I ended up picking up the car without repairs paying $189. I had the smog done knowing I wouldn’t pass just so k could find out what the problem really was. Again P144C. Which was nowhere in my diagnostic report from you. A tune up would not have solved the issue related to P144C. I’m highly dissatisfied and would like a service Manager to call me asap. I tried several times today to no avail and no one calls me back. ****-****-xxxx Dawn Davis/Lupe D
