I appreciated the service department and attention to detail; in order to address all my concerns. I was frustrated with supply chain and availability of larger rental/demo vehicles while my vehicle was inoperable. I would think that you bring in a larger vehicle a comparable size would be available for use. My vehicle was in the shop for nearly 2 mos; to which, I was without a vehicle.

Javier is great! Very welcoming and makes you feel at ease immediately. I trust the staff at QuickLane and feel that they don’t recommend a service unless it is needed. I have never felt that I have been “taken to the cleaners” when dealing with them. In addition, Javier gave me a heads up on a possible future repair and he explained the signs to look for which I appreciate! My gratitude goes out to Javier and to the rest of the staff. You have built and sustained an excellent work environment.

Lucas kept me informed during the whole process, he handled the recall and repairs in a timely fashion. Being a senior , alone with no help , he supplied me with a ride home and also to the dealer when my car was ready . I am very satisfied and would recommend Raceway Ford to anyone. Great customer service friendly and professional. They called me a Uber ride home while they worked on my truck and got me a ride back to my vehicle. Took them about 2 hours to finish the maintenance and get me back on the road. Deeply appreciated 2 thumbs way up
