Thomas gave me several options available for my vehicle and gave me useful information regarding items for my vehicle regarding my service. The maintenance staff was also thorough to determine where one of my tires was losing air. Very much appreciated.

Lucas was quick to help and was apologetic about the extensive repair.Also, the mechanic did a great job, including finding that Fritz isnt doing theirs. I will have PLENTY to say to their GM...and possibly Ford,as well.

Since you obviously know that you are having stocking problems keeping inventory of various filters in stock, I should have been informed when I checked in that those services could not be done for me today. But I was given a list of everything that would be done, including the replacement of filters, and it wasn’t until I went to pick up my car that I was told that those things were not in your inventory. I would have made different choices about having my car serviced today if I had known you would not be able to do a complete job
