I couldn't have chose a better place to take my vehicle to to be taken care of Mike was very professional he got right down to the issue and fixed the problem rather fast I would definitely recommend your business for the future if any of my friends or family have problems with their vehicles Raceway Ford is the best place to go to have their situations taken care of

I’m glad the quick service was there to actually do what I planned to have done at my appointment made for the normal service center. There really should be an online appointment system that you can rely on! I shouldn’t have to show up at 10am to the normal service with my appointment and then get told they’re over booked and that for a recall I need to leave it over night! WTF! At least I got my oil change done at quick service! Otherwise I’d have gone to Fritts! Javier saved the day!!

Service was great; once I take the truck on the road this upcoming weekend, I’ll know better if any issues arise as I’ve only driven it 10-miles since the service. I’ll respond via the 2nd text requesting my response on service, Thomas was very responsive, respectful, friendly and recognized time is important

Thomas has always been so helpful everytime I have serviced. His professionalism and great customer service keeps me coming to raceway Ford quicklanes. When redlands Ford is closer but I make that extra drive because I know my car is in good hands with Thomas.

The check engine light was on. I made an appointment to have the vehicle checked. The next day, Edwin (service advisor) called and told me the battery was 65% and needed to be replaced in order to diagnose the issue. I told him the vehicle was one year old and had less than 10,000 miles. He said, "the factory battery is not under warranty". I purchased a new battery. When I picked the vehicle up, I spoke with Alan. He mentioned I was nearing my 100,000 mile service. I told him the truck only had 9,900 miles. I finally had him physically check the mileage. He apologized, said the battery was covered, corrected the mileage in the system, and refunded my $278 payment! I believe this incident is suspect of fraud, and should be investigated.
