Customer Setvice Rep left for the day no one else jumped in to assist. Next day rep was absent and no one bothered to notify me about the status of my car after multiple messages and phones calls. When you arrive to the service and parts department never acknowledge you when you arrive nor greet you.

I took my car back cause I needed it for work but from what I’ve seen so far. The mechanics treat the cars with “bare minimum” or “good enough” work the tire is still low on air and some of the body parts where not put back properly hence the “good enough” work ethic.

I will not be returning. I came in this morning at 7:30 for an oil change. I was quoted a wait time of two hours. At 9:45 my truck was still in the same spot that I parked. When I checked in with Gabriel he said I was next in line. This was not the case and at 10:30 I had enough. I decided to forgo my oil change and find service elsewhere. I find it very disappointing to willingly standby for 3 hours to leave without the service on my vehicle. I prefer to have my truck serviced at a reputable and you have let me down.

I really appreciate that they got to it, and fixed it in 1 day, it’s my work truck And every day in the shop cost me money, I’m just disappointed that it had to go in the shop in the first place, At under 17,000 miles, what caused a faulty spark plug wire ? Or was it faulty from the beginning ? I’m a little concerned about having any more problems in the near future, hopefully not,

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was very helpful. I was having a very bad morning, as I got a flat tire on my way to work. Very nice people working there.
