Alan was outstanding. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs and timetable for completion. The only negative of the whole experience had nothing to do with Alan. No one thanked me for my business at pickup. After dropping $700, it would have been nice to be appreciated rather than just being part of another transaction.

His service was so welcoming and professional i’d **** this man’s **** on the spot. You needa give him a raise or smth, him and the hispanic gentleman with glasses. Id let them smash my own wife if i had one, their service was that good. The tires are perfect too.

Alan Leon did a good job. But the service they did on my truck with just a simple oil change. Was poorly done once I got home I seen oil on my driveway I climb under my truck and there’s oil all over the bottom of the truck and still coming down they did not have a minute to clean it off so now it’s on my driveway and on the bottom of my truck.

Fantastic customer service , I’m really happy I found this place . Sometimes I feel like service places just want to do the minimum to get you in and out, Gabriel made me feel welcome and took care of needs for my vehicle . Yes and no I did not have the receipt for my ford battery but it was clearly a ford product. The Ford dealer that sold it had gone out of business. So, there was nothing you could do for me unless I drive a hour and a half to the new dealership that bought the old one up that might or not be able to help me. No not happy!
