I showed him a coupon for $71.95 for an oil change a total discount of $18 from the original quote of $89.95 but all he did was discount $15 from the taxed total. If you’re going to honor a coupon at least do it right. Ended up paying $82.81 over $10 more than the “discounted” price. And on top of all that there was 4 techs standing around talking. Took them a while to just open the hood. You would imagine they would want to get a customer out fast when they’re not busy especially when you can see them on the tv. Overall a bad first time experience. Usually don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is easily preventable and will avoid further issues in the future. So if anyone cares even a little there will be a change. Thank you

We picked up the care today & the brakes aren’t right. The pedal almost goes to the mat and it makes a noise. In addition we were charged $171. & change for a RECALL item. We were quoted $1400 & change for the master brake, a battery & a back up light. We were charged over $1600.00 & change. I texted Lucas to please call me at 3:00 pm. I have not heard from him. Prior to today, Lucas was great. We will bring the car back tomorrow to find out what’s not right & get a refund for the Recall item. Regards, Marian Woodard

Told us we were covered for tire warranty and windshield but we were miss lead Edwin toboda sold us new car but lied about our coverage very Disappointed we are returning customers we are about three cars from you guys already

Lucas was phenomenal! He was able to diagnose the issue and ensure the repairs were completed correctly! The fact that he kept me updated on all facets of the repair shows his expertise! And considering we were under added pressure because of relocation, Lucas made sure my F150 was completed in time. Definitely the absolute best! Thank you so much Lucas!
