Javier displayed excellent customer service to me. His ability to listen to the customer need is remarkable. He shows patience and very knowledgeable of the service that your department offers. After I explained to him about my situation with my battery he knew exactly what I was referring to. Every time I come into the shop for service, he has always greeted me with a smile and kindness. He's a great asset to your company.
