Edwin **** should not have a job with Raceway Ford or any company as a representative. Edwin **** was extremely rude and inefficient My truck was towed to Raceway Ford on 11/3/22 and I finally got the correct invoice for the battery and was finished with Raceway Ford on 11/18/22. 15days for a battery is not good service. When the truck was dropped off Edwin said he would call me tomorrow with an update. Not only did he not respond to me but when I went into the Raceway Ford he RUDELY told me I would be lucky if the got to my car in a week. He challenged me as if he was a thug in the street. Quote “you want truck u can take it now I don’t care”. I spoke with Manager and he too advised how backed up the service area was. In this instance it was important to be honest with me about the service availability because I was in Riverside from CT and would have paid up to $4k for immediate repairs. However since my car sat for 4 days, I was back in CT and I could not get in touch with. Human being and not a text I called the Riverside police department to confirm my truck was still there. While I was on hold the police dispatch called a local number for Raceway Ford and I got a text from Edwin while I was on hold with the police. He advise that no one has looked at the truck because I had to buy a battery first. REALLY that is the ultimate display of a disgruntled employee who does not care about his job or the company that pays him. There are good hard working people who need jobs and Edwin **** should NOT be a representative of Raceway Ford. Finally it was six day before anyone looked at my car and I bought a battery for $149. Instead of paying $500 and having Raceway service complete the repairs my experience with Edwin made me NOT TRUST RACEWAY FORD to be honest, thorough and efficient. Instead I paid $1000 to have the car shipped to a local Ford Dealer in CT to have the $500 and much more work done on the truck. Edwin ****’s horrible customer service and complete lack of effort shows that Raceway Ford does not care about customer service because you employ a disgruntled worker like Edwin ****. I recommend you FIRE him today. Anyone can see he hates his job or maybe he is just a racist and thought that since I was a black man I didn’t have the money to anything so he put in NO effort to better the experience and do a good job. I had to call the Riverside police to get answers on my truck. I’m not sure what Edwin’s issue was with me but all I did was try to employ Raceway Ford to diagnose my truck and I was treated like an idiot. Guess I was idiot for choosing Raceway Ford because they choose to employ someone like Edwin ****. I will absolutely post this response on your website, yelp and any other platform to help and worn other hardworking Americans from trusting Raceway Ford. Your management is ultimately responsible because I am sure this is not the first dissatisfied customer but you guys will brush this off as some angry Black guy, but the truth is I am not angry, I just took my truck elsewhere but the horrible service is still Raceway Ford’s responsibility and identity. If there were a local number to reach service department on your website that would help Out of State customers. Regrettably Marcus W

Gabriel and team were very nice! He informed me of what was going to take place with my car and what the estimated cost would be. The gentleman who assisted me at closing was also very nice! From beginning to end their customer service was exceptionally professional and was able to get in and out without delay.
