1 - I had to pay for the turbo feeding line that was not covered by the extended vehicle insurance when it seems that is a common issue on those vehicles. Bad engineering? And me as customer had to pay the consequences. I do not think is fair. I should get reimbursed.

Lucas was really helpful. Hopefully I don't gotta see him until My next schedule maintenance.. But the way that this truck runs that I bought I'll probably see him sooner 2 major problems in less than 5 months ridiculous

Thomas has always taken care of me. I haven’t gone anywhere else for maintenance on my car and now I’m sad because I’m PCSing to a new base. I’ll never forget how well I was treated at QL and have a new standard of quality thanks to the efforts of Thomas, Javier, Eric, the other techs— I’m moved by their dedication to service and would absolutely recommend maintenance to the community in their expertise. Took all day to response back for an oil change and a brake inspection when calling the dealership 8×3 hours and 40 different people to get a hold of your service manager to find out an update on the vehicle. And the squeaky brakes were not fixed after waiting all day to get a response back. Had problems the Raceway Ford years ago. It seems things never change.
