I had an appointment at 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:55 and parked my vehicle outside the "quick lane" bay. 90 minutes later I noticed my vehicle had not been moved. I assumed having an appointment my vehicle would be worked on at least within the hour, otherwise what would be the benefit of having an appointment. The service advisor was courteous and apologized for the delay, so props to him, I just couldn't wait any longer.
