For the most part it was a good experience but I drove all the way home from raceway Ford to Menifee, Park my car and there was oil leakage on the cement I had to drive all the way back to get it cleaned up.and make sure there was no leak. No one really said a whole lot about it I was a little disappointed.

Every moment from making an appointment to dropping off for service was perfect. When things took longer than expected I was given a loaner vehicle by only asking. Alan was in constant communication throughout the process and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I only wish I had purchased my vehicle from this dealer and not the OTHER riverside dealer.

Mike was a solo guy this morning. Being a senior level executive, I know how difficult it can be to provide top notch service and maintain customer service and satisfaction. Mike did it! He made sure my King Ranch was ready and washed the same morning I dropped it and without an appointment! One more reason to hang in to my Ford brand loyalty.
