We were told they would have my car for 1 day with same day pick up and they had it for 3 days. They didn’t even start working on it until the day we picked it up which was the third day.

Dealership is completely dishonest and rude , they will” check” your car , then send you off your way with the same issues you came in for … the technician forgot to put some parts back together and the manager said “it’s just from the battery “ you can’t trust these guys !! They have proved to me multiple times !! From a oil leak they said wasn’t a leak just simply” road grime “too later find out it wasn’t a leak , they won’t even write the accurate documentation of the work done to your car !!! If that doesn’t say it all and prove this dealer is filled with dishonest and untrustworthy people !!! I don’t know what else will . Ps :they will find your issues once your out of warranty !!

I was charged $200 to tell me I have a Nothing wrong with my Transmission! WOW!! Instead I was told that sensor was an oxygen sensor that would cost $610. to replace. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will NOT be taking My Services back to Raceway Ford.
