I went to quick lane to pick up a part that was ordered. I waited 20 min to receive that part. I also mentioned to the service advisor that on my last visit for an oil change the service tech for got to reset the oil change light. 1500 miles after my visit the service light came on letting me know my oil needed to be changed. The advisor said we keep reminding our techs to make sure to reset the oil change. But he said it as though it doesn’t help. This is the last time I will visit this dealer.

For the most part it was a good experience but I drove all the way home from raceway Ford to Menifee, Park my car and there was oil leakage on the cement I had to drive all the way back to get it cleaned up.and make sure there was no leak. No one really said a whole lot about it I was a little disappointed.
