Customer Service from Thomas was the usual. This guy does the best for us all the time. Thx Thomas. As a matter of fact. It's probably a great time to give this man a raise in pay. $150,000 a year sounds good. JK But seriously a nice raise would be appropriate

Lucas was phenomenal. Good listener. Great follow-up n very professional. My concerns are 2 regarding my service. First the fact that one of the new hoses they used was defective. Left me stranded on the Frwy n I had to call AAA to tow me to the dealership. Second the Uber driver failed to show up to take me to pick up my vehicle. I waited one hour while their text showed the driver was 5 min away. Also, it is hard to speak to anyone for assistance after 4:30. Very frustrating.

Thomas Fraser was professional and friendly when i arrived to drop off my vehicle. Mr. Fraser communicated with me regarding the status of my vehicle once dropped off. If I need to bring my vehicle in the future I hope I have work with Mr. Fraser.
