They took my truck in and explained everything to me and also letting me know that tailgate and door locks were not addressed At another location so I will bring it back to Raceway Ford for repairs

Edwin worked with me and still is since I can’t pick up my car due to my road being impassable right now. Will get it later in the week or if a truck, but not car can make it, I will have it towed home. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was very pleased.

I am a returning customer to this location and Tom usually handles my service etc. Mr. Fraser is always informative and available to help answer or address anything dealing with service and cost ect. Not only that the rest of the crew are friendly and helpful as well. Mr Fraser always goes above and beyond in providing the best deals and thorough info/explanations of service needs. Really make my service needs much more convenient! Really great employee.
