Once again I had the best customer service with Javier. I took in my daughters BMW and I am very thankful he answered all of my questions and concerns I had for this new car since it was the first time we took it to get serviced. I feel very confident to take any of my cars to this Ford dealership.

I have been taking my 2005 Ford Mustang to Raceway Ford ever since I bought it in 2005; 18 years. Over the years, I have noticed how the service has gotten worse and worse. I decided to deal with but this visit is my last. Raceway had my car for two days and did nothing to it. It just sat there. No one even called me or text me or emailed me. If I hadn’t showed up in a rental car to check on my car, it would still be sitting there. I’m sorry but I won’t be doing any more business with Raceway.

Never received any phone calls updating me on my car. Dropped the car off at 8:50am, Tuesday September 12th and received a text showing me the car was checked in around 10am. Didn’t hear anything the entire day. I called at 8am on the 13th and was told “there were notes from the mechanic in the system”, and the person I spoke to said he’ll get with my service advisor to call me back. Never heard anything. I called around 11am and spoke with a Stephen I believe who told me the problem couldn’t be duplicated. I picked up my car sometime after 1pm, and my service advisor made it seem like they called me. In either case, the problem is still present. If the car was driven the noise would’ve been heard. I’ll be taking it elsewhere to get the problem fixed
