When I dropped my car off I was told I can pick it up the same day by 7:30pm. I was called at 3:30 that same day and told that they read the part number wrong and they didn’t actually have my part in stock. They said they would order it and it should be here the next day. I received no updates until they just said my car was finished at 3:30 the following day. I wasn’t available to get it right at that moment so I asked what the after hours times were and never received a response. I got a personal ride to go pick it up before 7:30 and when I got there I was informed the service department closed at 5:30, no one told me this. I was very agitated because I live 30 minutes away and that’s an hour drive for nothing. Then to make things worse since it was a Friday the salesman told me I couldn’t even get my car until Monday. Again, no one informed me of this. Also again, extremely agitating because I needed my car over the weekend. I finally got my car Monday morning after what was only supposed to be an afternoon of my car being there turned into 5 days! Very agitating and the lack of communication was mind boggling.
