I was really surprised at the customer service I received at the dealership in general. I didn't expect to see that nowadays cause of my previous experiences with other dealers. I called in the morning and Javier in services answered. Very good first impression over the phone informing me on my inquiries. Once I got there he quoted me an estimated service time and they got me in and out in a timely manner. The actual building is comfortable and waiting was a breeze. It’s clean, they have stools, seats, couches and plug-ins for mobile devices. It’s clean, well lit, comfortable temperature, and there is reading material and a TV to help pass the time. I’d definitely will return for future services based on this experiences.
