Thomas was not the service writer- it was Mike the manager. This is my little issue- when I make an appointment for an oil change and get text reminders to be on time, which I was at 8 am, I don’t think it should take 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete… just saying from a customer’s perspective. As far as being professional and polite, the team at Raceway is always polite and courteous, and willing to answer questions. This is just a time thing. It’s not a complaint of quality of service received. When I go on a Saturday, I expect to wait as it is first come, first serve.

With this service yes with your other services not so much. I've bought two vehicles from you. My truck had a known recall of the transmission but you guys didn't fix it before you sold it I got stuck paying the money to have it fixed. I never received any information in regards to the recall.
