Stewart helped me and my family tremendously with his ability to communicate and explain the processes that would take place with the repairs to my Mustang Mach-E. The issue it was having was complex and he did a fantastic job of not only conveying the problems to the technician, but relaying updates about the progress of repairs back to me. He also helped to assure me that things were happening in a timely manner and set realistic expectations, which helped us feel comfortable about the repair progress. He was also very responsive when we had questions and it made us feel cared for.

I am currently on the sis elf the road waiting for a tow truck. Stewart was very helpful. However, the transmission was over heating after traveling a distance of about 5 miles on side roads.

Mr.Tan was professional, polite, considerate of my time and followed up with me as quickly as he could. I have recently had poor quality dealings with Fritts and sad to see Gosch sell out to another company. It was refreshing to see a person that cared about the company and the customer. Give him a promotion!
