My car was in the shop for about 2 months, with many false promises, and no account abilitie. This is the 2nd time my car was there and both times took about the same amount of time to get fixed.

Quality service from a Quality team

I thought the simple oil change will be $45 and after all is said and done I was charged $93. For the 'works' that I didn't ask for, the works that couldn't be completed because my 'tires are in need of a change' and I was still charged $93???? And don't even get me started on the fact that I made an appointment for an oil change at quick lane and 30 minutes after I checked in I'm told that actually I was supposed to be at the other service building 'but don't worry we'll take care of you here' like I was the one that inconvenienced them. And! I told three separate people that I have a sensor issue on my windshield wiper fluid that says that fluid is low when it's not, I kept saying the sensor is messed up, three separate times, and they came back saying 'hey did you know your windshield wiper sensor is wonky?' like no way that's crazy. And!!! I've never been satisfied with any service at this Ford! Last year when I was 'still in warranty to get my transmission fixed' (it was never fixed infact it's worse than before) one of the technicians broke the driver's chair by moving it back and forth so many times with the electric motor that the under seat ac bar got stuck and suddenly it's my fault actually and that I need to lay for it. I am absolutely appalled at the service here, it is the worst I will never buy a Ford in my life again.

The work perform done on my car was great. The only minor issue i noticed is that a car seat cover as not used and therefore I found some grease on my car seat, but besides that it was all good.
