At this point I am very satisfied with Jillian and your entire team with whom I interacted. Everyone was friendly and professional. From the initial greeting from everyone when I walked into the service area to the staff members who drove me home and picked me up, to the cashier, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. And my car door is fixed. It was a rather expensive repair but it was worth it from a safety perspective. In my opinion it should have been on a recall from what I read in my research on door problems with 2017-2019 Lincoln Continentals.

Service and Tech writers were good. Only problem was grease stains on door. That doesn’t usually bother me, but I was charged for a service that included a car was. Had I not been charged for that level of service, I can clean my own car.

Byron customer service was amazing. He deserve a 10. But my brakes are squeaky and the same noise I heard the rattling and rubbing is still there- My brakes never squeak like that. Carsheid and myself has giving a lot of money to Ford in the last 6 months for this car to be running like this. I am taking out loans to pay Ford . Money I don’t have
