My wheel lock key is missing. I came in for the works, headlight bulb replacement, and check engine light. I left work early to do it and i still have to make another appointment for the check engine light because the guys who did my service was just a lube tech.

It took 3hrs for an oil change and wheel rotation. That’s ridiculous. They wrote up brake pads and front rotors which are in good shape.

The service appeared to be friendly when I came to pick up my car I have been charged almost double the price I was quoted for no other services. The worker contacted her manager three times and brought the price down three times. The worker who worked on the car roam through my car and took a bullet out of my clip. The cashier would not give me a copy of the bill then try to require me to sign off on an incorrect bill the service here was distasteful, disappointing, and dishonest. I will not return.
