I am not sure way I had to make an appointment, they did not come out and get my car until an hour and 20 mins after my scheduled appointment. I can’t believe that a FORD Dealership charges a surcharge for using a credit card. I understand if this was a small mom/pa shop, Ford is a large company that should not be charging a surcharge for using a credit card.
