Bryan explained everything that he found wrong with my SUV. He gave me the option to decide if I wanted to do all repairs or some of them. He made sure that I understood what my options were. After being patient with me explaining things to me more than once, I decided to have the work done. I have trusted Ford to be the only one to work on my vehicles. I bought my Ford **** (1999) from you all. You took really good care of my car. I never had any major problems with my ****. Bryan assured me that he would give me good service on my SUV. Thanks Bryan.
