I had to bring the truck back twice to get it right, then you wanted to charge me again.and it wasn’t 8 days that went by…but the issue seems to be corrected now…

I’ve used Sutton Ford to service my vehicles for at least 15 years and Melissa has been my Service Advisor for most of my visits. I’ve always received excellent customer service from her and the Sutton Team of mechanics, present visit included.
