Miss Gloria Sellers provided outstanding service during my recent visit to the dealership. She was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire warranty process. Gloria took the time to walk us through what our warranty covered and what it did not, ensuring we clearly understood every detail. She also informed us about a couple of factory recalls we weren’t aware of, which we greatly appreciated. This was our first time at this establishment, and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had bringing my vehicle in for service. They ordered a part for my car and the part was sent to the wrong vendor. I was there for 3 hours before I was given a uber ride home. Thanks for the ride home and back to pick up my car. That was nice thoughtful of you. Ms Carrington

I’m not sure why, but not long after I left the dealership, my low tire air pressure sensor went off. My back two tires had only 28 pounds and the front had 30 and 32. I filled them back up to 36 pounds and am hoping they’ll be OK tomorrow when I leave for work.

Bryan was so kind and friendly...very knowledgeable and I loved that he treated each of his clients respectful (I viewed as I sat and waited on my car). One of the best service interactions I've had in a longtime.

I came in with a 8:00 am appointment and was told that they were first come first serve. I had 4 people ahead of me without appointments who were seen. At8:55 I asked for my keys as I noticed a vehicle had been taken back and one oil change had been done but I was still there for an issue with a singular tire. In my time there I reached out to several other ford service centers who responded that THEY COULD NOT GURANTEE A WAIT TIME DO TO ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. When I asked for my keys I was told my car was almost finished and I informed the service advisor that my car was still outside parked. He confirmed I drove a different ford model than I arrived in. I found that troubling as this is the person I HANDED MY KEYS TO. This experience has quite literally made me travel farther to another dealership that immediately found me an appointment and had my vehicle back to me and washed within 45 minutes.
