I had a worst experience ever. First of all, he said the service would take one and 45 minutes or 2 hours, but I ended up waiting almost 3 hours. I asked for a shuttle service, but I was told that I would have to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes for the as well. He also said he would add my name on the waiting list which obviously he didn’t. After waiting for 2 and a half hours, I went to the counter to ask how long I would need to wait. He said it would take another 20 minutes. Not only did he fail to follow up on my request, but he also said, I know we ****, and laughed. Of course, his co workers also laughed. I felt like they laughed at me. I felt terrible. After that, I waited another 30 minutes. If I had to wait there 3 hours, I strongly believe he should have let me know in advance.

Fo was more on how much could be charged for..then I was "sent" home and told my car was in one place but I had to hunt for it and turns out 8I think it was in garage still. I do notfeel I want to retun to Hemet Toyota. I make it a personal policy to avoid businesses where I have been disrespected. I sent a statement on prior response re today's "service* or lack of same

Doesn’t listen to the problem speculate on what he think the problem is and argues quite a bit seems like a cool guy personally but I do not feel heard and I do not appreciate the customer service I get from him

Left off oil filter magnets, I talked to service writer when brought car in said they would be put back on new filter. Luckily I checked oil and looked at filter and magnets not installed before I left. Had to take car back in and install before I took car. On the way home I noticed air pressure incorrect, asked for door sticker pressures be used. Front should be 36psi and rear 33psi. Tires had 32 all around when brought in. The tech rotated tires put 36psi rear and 33psi front. I corrected this morning myself. I also retorqued all lug nuts to make sure they were done all ok but sure do not trust your service people. You lost my future bussiness, and I will definitely spread word. I have had problems at other Toyota dealers service to do not go there any more either. I was a certified ASE master mechanic when I retired, maybe I am to picky asking things should be done correctly and trust is earned not given freely.
