Sat there from 645 am to 130 pm. We received msg 2 hours after arriving that we never showed for our appt and to reschedule. Went up to desk and were told it was a mistake. We kept going to the desk because we were getting no information and it was taking forever. We are both handicapped and that was very hard for both of us. We also were told once that my husband was a veteran and he wouldn’t have to tell you every time. It would be in our information. We don’t think we are getting the discount the last several times we have been there. My husband called today and they are going to call him back. We were very upset by the time we got out of there yesterday. Thank you Glenn P Meza & Paula.

Kevin foster was great he has manners and is very polite. I’m not happy about waiting 3 hours to get my service done and they didn’t even put the sticker so I can know around when to come back. I don’t think it was updated in my cars system I hope it was but I am not happy with my recent visit.

I feel that they were trying to charge us up for another diagnostic that was not needed. We were able to fix the problem ourselves without any car experience once we figured out the problem from Google without taking apart the car when they said that was needed

I asked about my green key chain that was missing from my last visit. I was told to check my cup holder or go to the front desk to ask. Oil change took 3 hours. Brought my daughter to the kids area. Toys were dirty and broken. TV in the kids room was useless. Toyota of Puente Hills sets the standard for me with service and accommodations.

The first time our new car was in was when the brakes locked up. We had it towed in and it was supposedly fixed. I drove it home and the next morning the brakes were locked up again. Had to have it towed in a second time. This is a new car we purchased from your dealership an had put only 1300 miles on it. The second time Edward assisted us, placed us in a loaner, and 5 days later it was fixed. It seems to be ok now. Ed made sure the repairs were made correctly this time. I did have to ask what was going on, but they were good about getting back with me. Hopefully this is the end of the problems with this car. If it has this issue again, we will be wanting a different new car.
