I’ve owned just about every Toyota model produced and I found my forever home at Gosch Toyota. Over the past 15 years I have had all my vehicles serviced with you and plan to continue a long relationship with you. Tony Schemp is my guy. He is a loyal, dedicated and hard working employee. I know he has many repeat customers but he always makes me feel like I’m his best customer. He puts us all first and is by far the best service provider I’ve ever worked with. Great job Gosch Toyota!!!

Paul really puts forth extra effort to be thorough in assessing what my car needed and to prioritize safety. He goes above and beyond expectations yet also does his best to addre any additional concerns I had, trying to make sure that there wouldn't be any oil leaks and such, yet striving to keep cost of repairs as low as possible. Thanks. Paul, for a great job!

Why make an appointment for an oil change service if when we arrive for that service the estimated time is 2.5 to 3 hours? Was an appointment even needed? This is freaking ridiculous. My time is worth more than a free service called “Toyota care”. If I make an appointment for an oil change I’d expect to be in and out in 60-90 minutes max. Never call me and be pushy about making a freaking appointment again. You will catch a freaking earful of my frustration.

John Thoma Was amazing. It was my first visit with my new car and he answered all of my questions and had my car washed. In the end, he was pleasant personable and very much interested in making me comfortable with my first visit.
