I did get a good costumer service. However, after I got my car done, a problem occurred where my infotainment doesn’t work. It was working well before it got service. I told them about it, but they told me to come back in a few days instead of fixing it right away.

Kevin was very professional and answered all my questions. I arrived at 7 am and I was greeted and my car was processed to be worked on. Kevin explained that the work would be completed around 1 or 2 pm, I told him I will wait at the dealership and he said he will see if he can get it completed sooner and my car was ready at 11:30. I really appreciated it and Kevin gave me excellent customer service. I will bring my car back to this dealership when I need service.

I was a little upset that my adjuster did not return my call. I left a voicemail because she could not be reached at 8:30 and 9am I wanted to have additional service add to my car maintenance just needed a little clarification on the vehicle. Did not receive a call back from her so I didn’t receive the additional service like alignment and others I wanted to for my Venza. When I picked up my car at 4:30 she had gone home for the day. Need to have retraining on customer service.

Very happy with the help and service we received from Tony, Marcos, and the young man who provided transportation for me back to Toyota. We were happy with the car wash too. Toyota San Bernardino stopped washing cars years ago.With our health issues that was a big help. Very satisfied!

When I stated I did not want the 5 oil change contract after all her response was it’s already been done. That is not appropriate to tell a customer when i absolutely have the right to change my mind especially when i haven’t even paid for it yet. She then upped my price from 136 to 175 because i insisted i didn’t want it. Come to find out the person who made my appointment had given me a coupon for $99. And somehow those notes were erased and the coupon not honored until I called very upset to ask what was going on. I will not be bringing my vehicles to your dealership any longer. Thank you to the person who made my appointment though. I wish i could remember her name. She was very kind and professional and even contacted me after to ensure I got the original price that was given during the making of my appointment.
