Not completely satisfied, but close. The service advisors and techs were outstanding, professional, and did their best to keep me updated. I'd come back because of them. My only issue was time. I had an appointment for an oil change, was told 3 hours, and it took almost 5. You have to fix the scheduling. A more accurate estimate and quicker service would be appreciated.

Kennith was fantastic, the wait time was not, it toon nearly five hours for my car to get serviced. At check in, a car wash was requested, it was not done & had to be requested again, even though a sign was on the dash to wash. I had to wait the additional time for it to get washed. You’ve really got to do something about the service time!

I am not sure at this moment what they did besides change oil i dont know how offin I need to change oil I only had 5000 miles on my car sence I bought it he said $145.00 to have anlinement on my tires he did not tell me if I needed one I had made appointment and they did not have me down for one. Show it on my phone he did not say anything. He said he would get me in.it would be around an hour 1/2 ! Said fine.

Tony is such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his patience and clarity in his detailed communication regarding the needs of my vehicle. His knowledge of vehicles and customer service is first class. All your staff at Toyota of Hemet is always professional and courteous. Tony is definitely above all. I will continue to recommend Tony to all. I reside in Murrieta and will always service my vehicle with Hemet Toyota rather than Temecula Toyota. Tony is the deciding factor. Thanks so much Tony! ????

I brought my vehicle in for regular service and to look at why my from brakes were making noise. What I got was $2200 in suggested repairs and brakes that still make noise. I will be taking my Toyota's elsewhere. New ownership has not made positive change. Jason did a great job. None of my issues are his fault. This was the 3rd time the brakes were looked at not properly repaired.
