Tony was great, very helpful and personable. His trainee was also very nice as well. Tony went above and beyond to help me with a whistling window and also some paint splatters on my door and tire well from a spill that I had driven over on the road.

I’m not satisfied with my experience because my 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid has a known infotainment reboot issue, yet I’m being asked to pay for a diagnosis and then pay again for a software update. This is a known problem, not something caused by misuse. I expected better support or goodwill assistance instead of being charged twice to fix a widespread issue.
