Paul was given a message to call me back on my truck maintenance job. When I got home and read my paperwork I noticed that it said I was asked about my transmission liquid being low.I never knew about this and I am now worried about it and I also have to wait all weekend now to get ahold of him on Monday.

Was very well taken care of. I don’t even stay the full amount of time I was told when I initially booked the appointment. That’s winning…especially when I had to manage 2 of my children as well.

Jason is absolutely amazing I schedule my appointments with him every single time for a reason I trust him he's efficient effective honest thorough a great guy I enjoy talking to him he makes my visit a lot more pleasant he's also very understanding of my OCD

It was quick and easy to get my tire fixed. John squeezed me, even though my online appointment didnt go through properly. He was very gracious about squeezing me in. Also, the woman that checked me in was extemely helpful and cheerful. I didnt catch her name but she had brown hair. Toyota of Hemet always has really helpful and pleasant staff working the repair department.

Jason made my 1st Service so pleasant. Actually he made my Day! I would recommend Jason. His personality was so uplifting You can tell that he never meets a stranger.. Thank you for making me smile. I didnt have any issue with either associate, but I felt like I was being auctioned to the highest bidder. Coming from every angle and why did you need my address all of a sudden, you haven'teven had my name right? In all these years. Smh. Offer me 4500 for a car you sold me for 27k plus interest, tax and fees. And Inpaid 2 years on a lease that you just took from me. All the cars I've purchased from you. I JUST WANTED MY AIR FIXED. You said UPWARDS OF 2K? ARE YOU KIDDING? Cars navigation stopped working 2 years after I bought the car, every week something goes out in the dash because you sold me a defective car. I should be given a car. Im sad because I used to like Toyota.

Well I took my car there 3 days ago for my door making noise supposedly they couldn't find the problem I'm a body tach myself . I guess they did a wrong job didn't do nothing but don't worry I fixed the problem even though I bought a car 2 weeks ago... I'm going to be with you guys for 6 years they couldn't do anything what a dealership
