Yes thanks to Tony and the whole team They were terrific. Helping me with the recall service. It was so great to have the rental car for the long service time. Very bad service. I was opted out on notifications without my consent. I paid for an alignment because the steering is pulling to the right; however, I still have the same problem. As I’m getting home I notice my tire valve caps are missing; both from the driver side. I normally go to Temecula Toyota for this exact reason. I was short on time so gave my local dealer a shot; crash and burn. I’m not going back again.

Even though the invoice says my tires were rotated and filled to the proper PSI, this service was not performed. The pressures were differing between all four tires so I had memorized their positions and the pressures remained the same (below 35 PSI). I have wheel locks on this vehicle, maybe it wasn’t made clear that the key was in the cupholder even though that is a pretty standard place to put it. I will try this service center one more time at my 10k interval, but I question whether or not an oil change was actually done if the tires weren’t even filled or rotated.

He listened, & explained things, so in the end I fully believe my needs agree on the way to being met, once all work is done. I felt validated that what I deemed as a possible future problem, was correct & he explained that as well.

My vehicle was misdiagnosed, first I was told by your advisor that the technician said my problem was my rear brakes so I agreed to fix that. A couple days later and $1800 dollars later your advisor said “Oops, my technician said it was your brake booster after all.” My vehicle was already there I couldn’t afford to be without a vehicle so I agreed to fix it. There goes another $1700 dollars. A few months later my ABS light, Tranction Control light comes on again, now they are saying it’s my wheel bearings for the rear. I learned my lesson the first time, I will never bring my vehicle here again. I feel that your advisor phished me. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. We as customers bring our vehicles to the dealership believing that we are leaving our vehicles to professionals but I was proved wrong in this case.
