While I’m disappointed that Matt Villapando is no longer there, Jason did a very adequate job and got me a rental car so that the time consuming recall issue could be addressed and I could have transportation home. Big thanks to Jason!

I made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change. When asking for updates I was informed the car was being worked on. They did not start the oil change until after 12pm mind you I worked all night and had no sleep and to wait for an oil change that I made an appointment for over 3 hours is ridiculous. I did not leave until almost 1:00 pm this is beyond unacceptable.

I took my vehicle for a scheduled maintainace, but noticed that my dash camera had been disconnected after I received my vehicle. I dont want anyone touching my electronics in my vehicle aside from what they are supposed to do. This just doesn't sit well and lowers my confidence in the dealer. Please let the technitians not to touch or disconnect anything they shouldn't be touching.
