Collision dept, I paid to get bumper painted on 2017 highlander and when picked up I noticed bumper still had small rock dents on it and it was painted over them I asked Claudia about it she said they don't fill in or repair any tiny rock dents and was painted as it was and that I would have to purchase a new cover bumper because it's plastic and can't be repaired..????

Kristen did a phenomenal job keeping me aware of all the phases that Toyota had to go through to insure the my 2024 tundra was fixed. Especially after going through a life threatening experience of losing complete control of my brake system while driving through uncompromising driving conditions. I am very grateful that Kristen was understanding of my distressful situation and her commitment to earn the trust with Toyota equipment .
