I was disappointed that they did not wash my car after the service. I requested for them to wash it as the sign instructs us to. I was told they would, but they did not.

I made an appointment and it took more than 3 hours to get my car back just for an oil change. What is the point of having an appointment and taking all the other peoples cars before mine. Poor service!

I can say, I’m not very happy with the service I received today. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived, even though there were two service employees outside with the tablets. They did not make eye contact, and I was virtually ignored when I walked into the service department. After standing there and waiting patiently in front of Miguel’s window/desk, a woman walked up to me and asked if I had been helped. I told her I had not, and that I was waiting for Miguel. Miguel informed me that he was waiting for his computer to boot up, but did not do it with a friendly greeting. In fact, he made it a point to tell me that he didn’t start work until 8 o’clock, but that customers often show up early. I told him I was willing to wait a few more minutes. Additionally, NO ONE had a smile on their face..they ALL looked unhappy, and no one was friendly. They all seem irritated and unhappy to be there. When I returned in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle, Danielle helped me. She warmed up when I made a concerted effort to “kill her with kindness“. My sales experience with the new ownership back in May was positive. However, I had a much better experience with the Service Department before the change of ownership and I hope to have a better experience in the future.

My gas mileage is still off by 6 miles an hour. I bought a brand new truck got off the showroom floor and this should’ve been done before I took her home.

Mr. Tan was awesome. I made an appointment for 1130. I arrived at 1115. The shop manager did not get my vehicle on the rack until 1415. 3 hours. Another hour on the rack for oil change and tire rotation. This is a colossal failure of leader by the general manager, the service manager and the shop to enforce any type of customer service standards and respect for the customer’s time. Every failure of any kind is ultimately a failure of leadership.
