We asked about 2 bolts that needed to be replaced and they did not replace or tell us it’s needed to be replaced when we were told by other company it’s getting rusted and we told him. Our car was taken in at 8:45 and was not ready until 1 pm and we didn’t get any recommendation about of our vehicle. I am not taking the car back

Do the employees get commission from the services they sell? Kristin couldnt have made it more obvious that she was trying to push services when selling them. When asked which ones were the most important she recommended the entire list again but one. The total on that list was over 2grand. I for one dont want to drop 2 grand on a single service on a brand new working vehicle. The fact she recommended all the services when asked which ones are important showed her lack of knowledge over vehicle, vehicle type, and services needed considering mileage/ year of the model. It appeared that she was just trying to sell the services and not really looking out for the customer. There was no trust in opinion. It was distasteful. For example, when recommending replacing my windshield wipers she said I need to replace them because “there was a bad storm coming”. Like what???? Am I suppose to change my windshield wipers when there’s a storm coming?? Instead I would have appreciated a more logical explaination like “I see your wind shield wipers are a bit worn down,(*with PROOF*) I suggest replacing during a this service or at your next service appointment. Definitely needs to brush up on interpersonal communication skills. Definitely would not recommend her to any Toyota customer.

He corrected a mistake I made on scheduling and got me in for my service same day at the time I showed up. Would definitely recommend toyoya of hemet and their service department. Thanks guys :)

Tony is beyond awesome. Got ghosted by my assigned service advisor Danielle and treated like crap by the person that ended up doing the paperwork so I could take my van home. Thankfully Tony was able to answer my questions prior to my departure. Thank you Tony!!!
