I brought my car in for service and requested a car wash, but it wasn’t done. This has happened multiple times at this location. If Toyota offers and promises certain services, they should consistently follow through and deliver on those commitments.

I like Robert Lara, but I don’t like it that the last two times I came here to have my car serviced the attendant tried to get me to buy four new tires and a bunch of other things now I know you guys want to make money, but I don’t appreciate you treating me like I’m an idiot because I’m not and I’m not naïve. I’m not going to spend every penny I own just because you guys wanna make as much money off of me. I take very good care of my car and I don’t wanna be lied to just to spend more money.

Always have a good experience with the staff at Toyota hemet. Kenneth was fantastic. Just a bit annoyed with why it took 3 hours for a simple oil change today. Every other time has been about an hour. It seemed busy in the store, but as me and my husband both have worked in service at a dealership, it was not 3 hour oil change busy. I would have brushed this off but I also had one of my 6 year old twins with me and we missed her dentist appointment waiting for the car to be done. Stoked about everything else though. Will still keep coming back, but an appointment we should up to early shouldn't take 3 hours for something I could have done in my driveway in 30 minutes. Glad the service was free today.
