I sat for 43 minutes waiting while my car was already completed and sitting outside. I had to go to the desk multiple times just to get assistance. On top of that, the text message asking if I wanted to proceed with additional suggested repairs was sent right before I finally received my car—even though it had already been sitting in the parking lot. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I’m not satisfied with the level of communication or service.

Wasn’t kept informed about how long the truck was going to be originally told up to 3 hours but turned out to be about 4 . I know dealership’s always say that the vehicle needs more work than it actually does. Also know dealerships overprice everything being done on the vehicles so it’s not just your dealership or the representative but it should be more affordable.

As far as the service aspect my car feels good. My complaint has to do with Kristen, I have no idea who she is or what she looks like since she never attended me, I got there a little earlier than my appointment time since I come from Perris, she wasn’t at her window but the attendant outside told me she’d be back soon, I waited over 10 min for her and when I asked the gentleman at the next door window he said he wasn’t sure if she was on break but was very helpful and got me started. He checked me in and did my multipoint inspection and since I mentioned i was interested in possibly borrowing a rental he told me that Kristen would be able to help me more with that and asked me to wait in the lobby for her, well I waited for 30 min and Kristen never came by, she never came to check on me or introduce herself, nothing. So I went back to her window and her sweater was now there but no sign of her, I wanted to know about the rentals and another employee at a nearby window asked if I needed anything since he noticed I was just waiting, and i told him I was looking for Kristen, he said she was just there that perhaps she stepped away for some reason and told me he was gonna let her know I was looking for her.. after waiting yet another 15-20 minutes in the lobby I ended up asking for a ride from a friend. Did Kristen ever call me? No. I got the notice through automated text about the services suggested to me but no phone call nothing from her to go over anything that was suggested. Once my car was ready I went back to pick it up and went over to her window and guess what?! Of course she wasn’t there! Guess she was gone for the day???what do I know??. so a third employee helped me out, he took my payment, gave me my keys and I left. I wish I would have been attended better, even though the 3 other employees that helped were nice enough to assist me, they obviously weren’t as invested since I wasn’t scheduled with any of them.

I brought my car in for service and requested a car wash, but it wasn’t done. This has happened multiple times at this location. If Toyota offers and promises certain services, they should consistently follow through and deliver on those commitments.
