The only thing took too long to get done

Four hours wait too long and clock not reset. Will stop by later. Work done appears to be excellent

When we were leaving we noticed on our dash it still said our oil change still needs to be done. They never did the oil change only a device I had payed for. Makes me believe what other services have been missed, and if the filter was ever changed out, since they only did the one service and forgot the others

Claudia was my service representative.. she said she was going to tal to the manager for a diagnostics fee but failed to inform me if she actually did talk to the manager about it.. also once I got there the customer service experience was not great at all she was informing me about the diagnostics results for my Tacoma then another service representative decided to join in and explain to us what she was already doing which I thought was disrespectful because I was already talking to her.. this service representative was rude and he basically told me and my husband that the truck is going to get worse and to deal with it.. I don’t understand why he got into the conversation with Claudia if she was already trying to explain to us the trucks situation.. also while I was trying to read thru the diagnostics she told me that I was going to get a copy which pressure me into signing the paperwork.. i got my keys and then I had to find my truck by the car wash because they did not guide me to where my truck was.. I am extremely disappointed with Toyotas customer service as of now.. and the truck noise has not gotten better..

Not satisfied at all felt very rushed and techs video had loud music the car was not washed everything about the visit was not professional

Forgive me for not getting your name but the gentleman who got me started and helped me complete the process was extremely kind and thorough with his work. Other employees made me feel welcome and were constantly asking if I had been assisted and directed me the restrooms as well as the designated break and drink area. My experience with this Toyota dealership has always been thorough, efficient and caring every time I’ve showed up. Thank you for the collective effort and hospitality.
