Miguel Ruiz was very friendly and helpful and nice and gave me the run down very smoothly.. Told me some good info like oil change and brakes will be cheaper with Toyota which is very true.. thank u again for fixing my car.. and for the car wash I will be coming back again soon for my brakes.. 10 out of 10

The appointment made was for 2:45pm for the vehicle to be serviced. My son dropped it off at 2:30pm. I arrived after work expecting the vehicle to be ready at 4:30 pm. I was told when I arrived to pick up the vehicle that it would be ready in 15 minutes. At 5pm I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes….at 5:15 I was told again after asking it would be 5-10 more minutes….. next time just be up front and honest. The vehicle was forgotten about and wasn’t ready until close to 5:45pm. Why even make an appointment? I was offered movie tickets and to top off my gas tank for the wait…. I denied the gas; my time was more precious to me than the expensive gas. Truly disappointed after spending so much money on a 4-Runner that I love but I hate getting it serviced due to the inefficiency of time management and scheduling.

Majority of service department is rude and unprofessional. Unhappy experience the last two services I’ve had here and I’d rather go out of my way and service my vehicle elsewhere.
