Kenneth recommended an alignment, not because of car miles but because I have had vehicle for over a year and a half. Great recommendation! Very polite!!

Today was my last day giving this dealership my money and time. Being ripped off and being given rude service and unwanted customer service did it for me. On top of that, I was told I needed a new tire due to a nail being stuck on side wall tire was a joke and lie. I took it to two different tire shops after on the same day and they fixed it for free and said I didnt need a new tire that also required a new balance for it at over 400 bucks was straight lies from Toyota service department. No trust in this dealership at all. Crooks.

The website doesn’t make it easy to make an appt. It wouldn’t allow me to book it after I filled everything out. So I called and it was AI. It confirmed my appt by text but when I got to the dealership no one could find my appt in the system. I appreciate you being able to fit me in though and it was quick and good service. Edward or Ned was great. It made up for the experience. But you should look into why an appt was made and confirmed but didn’t show up in your system. Thank you -

I did get a good costumer service. However, after I got my car done, a problem occurred where my infotainment doesn’t work. It was working well before it got service. I told them about it, but they told me to come back in a few days instead of fixing it right away.

Kevin was very professional and answered all my questions. I arrived at 7 am and I was greeted and my car was processed to be worked on. Kevin explained that the work would be completed around 1 or 2 pm, I told him I will wait at the dealership and he said he will see if he can get it completed sooner and my car was ready at 11:30. I really appreciated it and Kevin gave me excellent customer service. I will bring my car back to this dealership when I need service.
