Very frustrating to call ahead and make an appt to have recall fixed to show up and be told it can’t be fixed because a part is needed
The process today with my Tucson was very easy and Tanner always takes good care of us.
Jack was amazing! If it weren’t for him I don’t think this would have been such a pleasant experience.
The service was fine and done a bit ahead of promised. The complaint is quite obvious and that is the waiting area and the dealership in general. The dealership is being completely (?) renovated/updated and I’m sure will be amazing but the waiting area was a bit more than a closet. People were having to sit on the floor. The chairs weren't even comfortable and I had brought my work and laptop there but little work was getting done. No complimentary anything. On top of that I came in the side entrance and drove around a few fences before finding the service building. I will end with - the service people were fine and apologetic but I’m sure you’ll hear this review quite a bit.
Even though it was under contruction the service was still great!

Everything about the service was great. The only problem I ran into was trying to get through to the service department on the phone. I tried 5 times, and on the 5th attempt someone finally answered the phone. That was very frustrating.
Don't send me anything else. I won't reply. I hate these things and you should respect your customers wishes. Kevin was great. That's all you need to know.
