I feel as though Tanner is a trusted friend who won't steer me wrong. This visit was a tough one and he went out of his way to assist with insurance. Tanner kept me up to date with texts and calls as to any new information on tbe service. Thank you for your quality personnel.

Came in for an oil change only. Appointment time was 10:45, arrived at 10:40. Waited in the customer lounge for 2 hrs. Finally went inside to the check in desk in the service center to find out if my car was ready. Did not see my service advisor, asked two other service advisors could they help me. Jack Cipolla was very helpful and professional and went over my service statement. He located my car, that was parked outside waiting for me. I’ve been coming here since 2011, never experienced this type of service.
