Jack Cipolla helps and does a good job trying to get all issues resolved. I’m not completely satisfied only because of how part inventory is handled with no clarity on when something will be available. I’ve waited for rear shocks since Nov 2025 at this point and when I’m told I have to try my luck every day is super unreliable- unsure weather this is a larger Hyundai issue or the dealership / service manager issue

Tanner explained the sevice needs for my car, reviewed the invoice and gave and accurate finish time estimate. He was very professional and the service was completed in a timely manner.
My o ly complaint is that all of the items I had in my seats were just thrown in the back trunk. I was not happy with that but I think what would have been helpful is if I had known that the technicians would need they things out of the way. Thank you for reading my concerns.

I have a rental , Sante Fe . Can I buy another car , mine has less than 15k.
I took the car in because the back up camera kept giving me a “no signal” error and just showed a green screen. The morning I took it over, the camera was working. I was told there’s nothing wrong with. As soon as I pulled into my garage, I got the dreaded green screen and the camera hasn’t worked again, all week. Very frustrating. So, once again, I’m without benefit of my back up camera.
I think Tyrone is wonderful, however the tech who checked the car/camera acted as if it was an inconvenience. Maybe he was just having a bad day, because until then, every experience at UC Hyundai has been great!!!
Tanner was very professional and I was pleased everything got done that I requested. My only complaint was the air in the waiting room was not working.

Your system set my appointment for 12:00 Noon, but on arrival I was advised that it was lunch hour so it would be longer to handle my work. It is remiss that you make appointments at “lunch time “ knowing that your staff is unavailable!!
