Your system set my appointment for 12:00 Noon, but on arrival I was advised that it was lunch hour so it would be longer to handle my work. It is remiss that you make appointments at “lunch time “ knowing that your staff is unavailable!!

I didn't like getting a text with service advice about completing a plug change when the service was completed 20000 miles before. If I had agreed it would have been a 300+ dollar service that was unnecessary. Also a warning about the condition of the waiting area and limited AC would have been appreciated so I could make a better decision as to dropping off my vehicle or waiting there.
